PersonalThese are fictional example notes, not product screenshots or notes stored in your account. The authenticated Notes page has real color cards, checklists, pinned notes and labels.
Simple actions in the existing Notes editor make it easier to start small.
Choose a Text note for freeform writing or a Checklist note for items you can check off. Give it an optional title and choose a card color.
After the note is saved, reopen it to assign labels. Pin important notes from their card menu so they appear in their own section.
Search, filter by label or type, sort the list, and archive a note when it no longer needs to stay among your active cards.
Switch note type in the editor to match the information you're capturing.
Use a title and freeform body for planning, meeting notes, ideas or information you want to keep handy.
Discuss next steps, review tasks and send a quick summary.
Add, rename, complete or remove checklist items. Your saved note shows progress in its card preview.
The sample cards on this page are explanatory; the real editor saves notes and checklist items through the Notes service.
Keep active ideas visible while making the rest easy to retrieve.
Pick from the Notes color options to distinguish one card from another. Note colors are shown using theme-aware card styles.
Pin or unpin a note from its menu. Pinned notes appear separately from the rest of the current list.
Manage labels from Notes and assign them to an existing note. Use label filters to find related entries.
Search notes, filter to Text or Checklist, and sort by update date, creation date or title.
Move a note out of the active library without deleting it. Open the Archived view to revisit or unarchive it.
Book members without editing permission can open a read-only note preview; editing actions are restricted by permissions.
Notes are accessed according to Nivora's book membership and permissions, not automatically limited to one personal login. This page does not claim end-to-end encryption, offline-first synchronization or any guarantee about third-party advertising use. A saved note and its checklist are records managed by the app.
