Move work forward
A SIMPLE START

From an idea to a finished task

Build a practical routine around the fields the task editor already provides.

01

Create the task

Give it a title and optional description. Choose its initial status, priority, and due date or time.

02

Keep it organized

Attach task tags, then use the List and Kanban filters to find the work that deserves attention.

03

Move it forward

Update the status or mark the task complete. The Planner overview shows pending, completed and overdue totals.

REPEAT THE WORK, NOT THE SETUP

Keep recurring routines on the radar

Recurring task templates let you schedule familiar responsibilities. Set a task title, priority and repeating pattern, then pause or resume a template when your routine changes.

The Planner also provides lists, categories and tags to organize your task collection. These organizational tools are separate from automatic banking, budgeting or transactions.

Planning and money tracking, without invented automation

Planner tasks live alongside Nivora's money features, but the current task editor does not offer direct links to individual budgets or transactions. Browser task reminders require the tab to stay open and notification permission; they are not background push notifications or offline synchronization promises.
